40Summary:
As the Executive Assistant in Human Resources, you are responsible for supporting the areas within the HR Department. You are the administrative and clerical support to the VP, AVP and Directors within the Human Resources department. The most essential skills for this role are attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Your responsibilities include:
development of formal presentation and reports utilizing various Microsoft Office applications
meeting minutes
written and/or verbal communication with internal and external customers
telephone and messaging
typing, data entry, and copying
preparing department mailing
routine clerical support.
Qualifications
High School Graduate required Associates' Degree or above preferred
A minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative or secretarial experience
Able to type 55 words per minute using a standard PC.
Working knowledge of TJC, TDI, TDH and other regulatory agency program
Proficient with all Word documents and systems to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, RightFax, and Workday
