As

a Sr Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for

overseeing the operational aspects of our diverse product portfolio. You will

play a critical role in optimizing processes, ensuring the successful delivery

of our offerings, and driving operational excellence. If you are a strategic

leader with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment, this is

You will report directly to our Plant Director and you'll work out of our

Nebraska City, NE location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact cost savings, improved quality, increased

customer satisfaction, and the career progression of your direct reports. You

will collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership to address process

improvement opportunities, ultimately driving a more agile and competitive

organization. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the

business, ensuring that Honeywell remains a global technology leader in the

industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive

    operations strategy for our product portfolio, aligned with business objectives

    and market needs.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle,

    from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate closely with

    cross-functional teams to align operational activities with business goals and

    customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline

    and optimize product development and delivery processes.
  • Monitor key performance metrics

    related to portfolio operations and analyze performance data to identify

    trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external

    vendors and suppliers involved in product development and delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation

    of product initiatives and prepare regular updates and reports for

    stakeholders.


YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in

    operations management, with a focus on product operations or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills,

    with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to

    successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and

    interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with

    cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving

    skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement

    solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced,

    dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering,

    or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data

    Management.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and

    decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in developing and

    implementing process improvements and new business models.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence

    stakeholders at all levels.
