Perform general maintenance on building interiors and exteriors. Coordinate and work with other trades and crafts in support of new or remodel construction. Required Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent and two years of general work experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction or repair work; OR equivalent education/experience. Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Painting, or HVAC/Control repair fields of work.
