Posting Description ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE PROGRAMS , MIT Sloan Executive Education , to manage a portfolio of custom, open enrollment, and institutional programs and be responsible for client and faculty relationship management; program design, planning, budgeting, and educational outcomes; ensuring financial performance of programs; supporting business development team in generating and responding to client requests; leveraging relationships and activities across campus for program and client development; providing organizational leadership in strategic areas such as learning technology for executive education and action learning; and implementing active performance plan and metrics for program portfolio performance. PREFERRED : MBA. Job #24594-8 Salary range: $73,490 - $98,283 - $123,075, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.
