Eaton’s North American Sales organization is currently seeking a ReSurge Program: Segment Analyst, Healthcare. This role will report directly to the Nashville District Sales Director and will be hybrid with an expected 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

All ReSurge participants will join a cohort with a unique learning and development experience. Each participant’s assignment experience will be customized to help them reach their highest potential; no two participants will have the same experience or set of responsibilities.
What you’ll do:
Please note the Eaton ReSurge cohort will begin their 12-month assignment in March of 2025.
The Segment Analyst, Healthcare will partner with the local sales organization to develop a go-to-market strategy for the Healthcare segment. This includes identifying and building relationships with all entities throughout the value chain, including engineering firms, general contractors, electrical contractors and electrical distributors.
In this role you will:
- Explore key account networks and initiate contact with critical personnel.
- Develop strategies to better understand upcoming projects and how to better position Eaton for success.
- Serve as a resource to the general sales team relative to strategy at critical healthcare accounts.
- Develop action plan to ensure critical healthcare customers are aware of the full breadth of the Eaton offering and capabilities
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field and at least 3+ years of relative work experience
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of location will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.
• Prior sales, healthcare and/or electrical industry experience
Skills:
• Ability to learn and utilize digital tools and proprietary software
• Technical problem-solving, communication, customer service, time management, presentation, planning, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
