Job Description Graduate Programs Assistant Graduate Student Services, Lynch School of Education and Human Development The Graduate Programs Assistant contributes to the effective provision of graduate student services by managing phone and student inquiries, scheduling student appointments, coordinating student service projects and activities such as registration, advising, and exam and graduation clearances. This role prepares budget requests for the service center and performs event planning responsibilities, supervises student workers, serves as a liaison with other University offices for student services matters and ensures the availability of up-to-date student records and communications. Additional responsibilities included processing all hourly student hiring and monitoring, approving hours on Kronos and other Human Resources Systems, and reconciling procurement card accounts. This position reports to the Associate Director, Graduate Student Services and works closely with the Associate Dean, Graduate Student Services and the Director, Online Programs and Graduate Student Services. Hiring Range: $23.46/hr to $29.34/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
