What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Trainer? You’ll be:
• Providing employees with the skills needed to safely operate machines and efficiently complete processes and tasks
• Ensuring all associates understand safety requirements and quality processes
• Training associates on product knowledge and assigned duties and processes
• Demonstrating critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Training new hires and re-training current employees to company standards
• Promoting accident prevention in the manufacturing space
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Possess one to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• You are fluent in both English and Spanish
• You have at least 3 years or experience in manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Show adaptability and a continuous learning mindset
