RESPONSIBILITIES
The Infrastructure Services Lead shall serve as the key person to lead, coordinate, and provide subject-matter expertise on implementation, operation, maintenance, and advanced delivery services (e.g., DevSecOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), containerization technologies, etc.) under Task 4 of this TO.

DTRA requires that the Enterprise Engineering Lead possess the following qualifications:

  • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 4 Foundation and one or more ITIL Practice Manager, Managing Professional, or Strategic Leader certifications towards ITIL mastery.
  • One or more DoDD 8140.01 certifications related to performance on Task 4.
  • One or more technical or management certifications related to delivery of services within this TO.
  • Experience supporting DevSecOps-enabled delivery methodologies, technologies, platforms, and/or pipelines.
  • Experience supporting services within the scope of this Task Order for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICs environments.
  • Experience delivering executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior Government personnel.
Desired qualifications:
  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • US Citizen
  • DOD TS/SCI Clearance Level
  • BS or BA Degree
