The Supply Chain team is seeking a Subcontract-Program Manager, Principal
What You Will Be Doing
This role is for the Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) supporting the Senior Leadership Team in performance and execution of strategic suppliers. This position will be responsible for overall cost, schedule,
technical and quality performance for all IS&P suppliers and Lines of Business (F35, IFG, AMMM and ADP): Development, Production and
Sustainment. This role will encompass
coordination and decision making amongst the LM functions/program offices as well as ensuring subcontract execution strategies to include, advancing
Key Performance Indicators and Program
objectives. Occasional travel may be required.

Must be a US Citizen. This position requires a Secret Government Security Clearance to start this role, and is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Program or project management experience
- Production/Manufacturing experience
- Experience with LM procurement systems
- Exposure to government contracting
- Minimum 10 years professional experience
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e. subcontract cost, quality, schedule and technical program performance)
- Master's Degree in Engineering Management or Systems Engineering
- Negotiation experience
- Experience with DoD Procurement Life Cycle
- Experience building relationships with program and technical community
- Experience developing long-term strategies and tactical plans to achieve enterprise objectives
- Business acumen and with experience making business based decisions
- Organizational experience, handling many overlapping projects simultaneously
- Experience interfacing and interacting with all levels of the organization
- Informal leadership, lead or mentoring experience
- TINA Level Negotiation Experience
- Price / Cost Analysis Experience
- Systems engineering experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
