Senior Corporate Security Specialist - Military Veterans

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Team working on potential incidents, such as emergency and/or crisis situations that would threaten the safety or security of Guardian's people, property, and business operations. This position requires knowledge of security threat environment, critical thought, knowledge, and use of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge and use of security focused computer applications including C-CURE 9000, Victor Video Surveillance System, ISOS Travel Tracker, Risk Management.
You will
- Work as an integral member of the physical security team, collaborate closely with security operations, risk, intelligence, and other corporate colleagues on day-to-day operations.
- Provide leadership with the GSOC operators by collaborating, evaluating, and considering events that have potential impact to Guardian.
- Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment and regard for confidentiality and preserve personal and professional integrity beyond reproach.
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day GSOC Operations.
- Ensure quality control with writing incident reports (D3), standardization, customer service, and verbal communications.
- Lead contingent workers in day-to-day operations.
- Monitor access control, video surveillance system, travel security and command center alerts.
- Triage all delivered risks through virtual command center.
- Mitigate emergencies and alert proper personnel (Guardian stakeholders, local emergency service).
- Escalate information received concerning risks to Guardian assets to physical security leadership expeditiously.
- Maintain the GSOC playbook and update GSOC procedures in a timely manner.
- Be the primary after hours point of contact for contingent workers to evaluate potential risks to Guardian business and escalate as needed.
You have
- Minimum of 5 years corporate security or law enforcement experience.
- GSOC or intelligence fusion center experience.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a GSOC or fusion center.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent, relevant security experience and training.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with GSOC security systems and technology solutions (CCURE 9000, Victor video surveillance, ISOS Travel Tracker, and other security applications).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- CCURE 90O0 Certification is a plus.
- First-Aid, CPR, AED Instructor is a plus or able to obtain within 1 year.
- Risk, Threat, Crisis Management Certifications, ASIS Certification, PSP or CPP are a plus.

- Experience with security systems and processes, such as access control, video surveillance, and risk management and crisis communications software such as Everbridge or Alert Media is a plus.

Reporting Relationship
As our GSOC Senior Security Specialist, you will work in the Physical Security department and report to the Crisis & Intelligence Manager, who reports to our Head of Security Intelligence & Risk Assessment. You will manage the contingent GSOC Operators.
Location /Travel
Onsite role - 5 days in the Bethlehem, PA office.
Salary Range
$57,330.00 - $94,185.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
