Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic English language communications required .
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend; lift and carry up to 35 plus pounds.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Stocks and maintains steam table , cold lines, beverage station and all other serving stations.
- Stocks and Replenishes all food, beverage and dry goods needed for service.
- Stocks and maintains supplies in all service areas.
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and presented in an appealing manner.
- Monitor the quality and safety of food, disposing of any items that do not meet standards.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas according to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to all team members , addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Minimize waste by properly portioning and storing food items.
- Assist with the setup, service, and cleanup of special events or meetings held in the cafeteria.
- Other duties as assigned.
