Provides leadership and coordination of the assigned area's support team by ensuring all administrative and clerical functions are completed in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures

This role supports all of California and is fully remote. A California Real Estate license is required. Must live in California.
Experience in a property management leasing role a plus.
Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday OR Sunday through Thursday.
- Daily review of each property lease agreement generated for new move-ins or renewals.
- Daily signing of each property lease agreement for new move-ins or renewals. Estimated at 120,000 leases annually, 2,300 leases weekly.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- California Real Estate License
- Obtained within 90 days of employment
The hourly range for this position is $23.00 to $28.00 (California)
Additional Compensation:
- Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
