YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!
A Contract Manager contributes to AHF's mission by acting as the liaison between Grantors and AHF program staff. Within their duties of contract management, contract interpretation, ensuring compliance with Grantor regulations and policies and preparing and submitting programmatic and financial reports, this position provides the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to AHF's mission of providing access to much needed care, regardless of a patient's ability to pay. The successful execution, implementation and management of federally funded contracts increases AHF's ability to serve more patients that are in need of care and can't afford it.
In coordination with various departments and disciplines across the AHF network, Contract Managers set the tone for what's expected from Grantors by providing constant communication and guidance to support program staff's ability to effectively navigate and implement contract deliverables within each Health Care Center and maximize grant awards.
While Contract Managers have the ability to work independently, true value is found in ones ability to thrive within a team dynamic that emphasizes shared decision making and accountability.
Contract Managers bring value to AHF through their ability to be strong communicators, pay close attention to detail, prioritize projects and manage their time wisely, quickly adapt to change, take on additional responsibilities and make executive decisions when necessary.
