Technology Support Engineer - Chattanooga Tn - Military Veterans

The Technology Support Engineer is responsible for the after-sale performance and technical support of all SmartGrade and integrated grade control equipped machines.

This position must have a highly technical understanding of the John Deere SmarGrade system, as well as applicable Topcon products that work in conjuction with SmartGrade equippped machines. This person must be able to diagnose and resolve issues both on site and/or remotely and follow the issue(s) to resolution. This position will require a working understanding of other types/brands of integrated grade control(IGC) systems as well as other related construction technology solutions and should be able to trouble shoot as it relates to John Deere and SmartGrade. This position will work with management to provide or assist in providing extensive training both internally and externally for the operation and support of SmartGrade and related grade control products.
