Opportunity Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for successfully managing existing bottling locations and relationships and establishing new opportunities within existing bottling locations.
How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:
For new machinery placements, completing MQRs; quote requests
- Entering opportunities in Salesforce for new machinery and new items
- Assisting with customer forecasting (internal and external); aged cartons; AR resolution
- Assist with handling of DMR database for responsible bottling plants
- ensure timeline is followed
- ensure documentation is appropriate for DMR processing
- completion of RCCA according to timeline and attached to DMR
- any comments are appropriately added to DMR
- ensure closure of complaints and customer communication follow-up
- Schedule and conduct SRMs in each bottling location at least annually
- Assist with bottling plant efficiencies
- Manage travel schedule and T&E budget
- Assist with supporting the "enterprise" for all Coca-Cola business
- Assist bottling plants with coordination of the following as necessary:
- Carton Quality Training
- Machinery Training
- Pallet Return Program
- Bottling line machinery / line performance
- Late deliveries
- Slipstream PM programs
- Customer service liaison as necessary
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) Sales experience (Manufacturing/service industry preferred)
- Related experience in sales execution and pipeline management
- Ability to drive results by influencing others within different functions
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated sales competence and financial acumen
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Reporting tools such as QlikView

The salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $175,000.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
