Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Specialist to join our dynamic Design Team based in our Abu Dhabi Office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Infraworks, as well as a strong background in BIM within the infrastructure sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

• ​Develop, manage, and coordinate 3D models for infrastructure projects using Autodesk InfraWorks.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate InfraWorks models into the broader BIM ecosystem, ensuring seamless transitions between project phases.
• Perform analysis and simulations (e.g., traffic, environmental, hydrology) within InfraWorks to support design decision-making.
• Generate visualizations and presentations that communicate design intent and project progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain standards and best practices for BIM processes, ensuring models adhere to company and project specifications.
• Provide training and support to team members on InfraWorks workflows and functionalities.
• Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure BIM deliverables align with project timelines and budgets.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Autodesk InfraWorks, specifically in infrastructure project contexts.
• Proficiency in other BIM software, such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks, is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows, with experience applying these in infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Certifications in BIM, InfraWorks, or related Autodesk products.
• Experience in Middle Eastern infrastructure projects (Preferred).
