Healthcare Services Group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Divisional Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in identifying and acquiring top talent for Northeast Divisional geographical area. This role reports to the Corporate Recruitment Director, and is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and providing critical support to Account Managers, District Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
- Provide daily guidance and support to account managers and field operational managers on recruiting tactics for housekeeping, laundry, and dining roles.
- Monitor job postings to ensure optimal candidate flow and manage recruitment budgets effectively. Address severe staffing challenges to generate an adequate candidate pipeline.
- Attend weekly meetings to support senior leadership, including District Managers, Directors of Operations, and VPs, in recruitment initiatives across various levels, while partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop, refine, and continuously improve customized recruitment strategies to meet evolving talent demands.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry platforms, to attract and engage potential candidates. Distribute company-approved recruiting materials for on-site recruitment efforts.
- Assist with candidate screening, interviews, and assessments for leadership and hard to fill roles Ensue hiring managers are maintaining recruitment activities, including candidate communications, interview notes, and compliance documentation within ATS system.
- Manage relationships with non-profits, community centers, and educational institutions to source candidates at all levels.
- Organize and participate in virtual and in-person career fairs as needed.
- Lead monthly recruitment training for new hires and attend corporate recruiting team meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize the recruitment process.
- Maintain and manage candidate data and recruitment metrics within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local recruitment regulations.
- Ensure adherence to program standards and policies, reporting relevant information to Corporate HR for ongoing training and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment; experience in hospitality or industrial services is a plus.
- Proven track record in recruiting for hard-to-fill positions; agency experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
