Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Glass and Door Operations Managers on client scheduling, ensuring that manpower, equipment, and materials are coordinated for each project.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries using email templates and AI tools to maintain high service standards and streamline communication.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between office staff and installation crews, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Develop leadership skills to support installation teams, guiding and managing crew schedules and gaining respect from the team through effective coordination.
  • Keep clients updated on project details, providing clear and timely communication to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including job progress, status updates, and client communication history, for efficient tracking and reporting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in commercial glass replacement, with familiarity in industry-specific processes and terminology.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adept at using email management tools, templates, and AI-based communication tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities, able to work collaboratively with office staff and field crews to ensure project success.
  • Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
