Systems Analyst - Military Veterans

STS Technical Services is hiring a Systems Analyst to provide IT support and develop programs that streamline processes and boost efficiency. Based in our Ridgeland, SC manufacturing facility, this role will be instrumental in enhancing our technology infrastructure and supporting various end-user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain customized dashboards, screens, and reports within the Epicor/Kinetic ERP system.
  
  
• Build and manage applications using Tulip MES.
  
  
• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.
  
  
• Assist end users with Epicor system-related issues and support troubleshooting.
  
  
• Monitor and maintain Epicor systems throughout the workday.
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on Epicor systems.
  
  
• Manage databases and ensure data integrity.
  
  
• Execute other IT-related tasks as needed to support departmental goals.
  
  

Required Skills & Abilities

• Proven expertise in ERP customization, especially with Epicor / Kinetic.
  
  
• Proficient in C#, T-SQL, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
  
  
• Strong background with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and experience with Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Dashboards, Business Process Management (BPMs), and Crystal/SSRS Reports.
  
  
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Bartender.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or BBA in Information Systems.
  
  
• 3+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis or IT support.
  
  
• Strong database management skills.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Primarily office-based, with occasional work in warehouse settings.
  
  
• Some travel may be necessary to manufacturing facilities, supplier locations, or customer sites to support quality initiatives.
  
  
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, safety glasses, and a safety vest, is required in specific environments.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, sit, stand, and crouch as necessary.
  
  
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
