Midwest Machinery Co. (MMC) is a full line John Deere dealership that provides Agricultural, Consumer, and Commercial Equipment throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. We focus on providing excellent service, support, and parts availability for the products we provide.
Midwest Machinery, Co. (MMC), is adding an experienced Diesel Mechanic to our Wadena, MN location. This position involves working on a variety of equipment from lawn and garden, and farm equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provides set-up and repair of John Deere equipment
- Diagnoses and repairs equipment as needed
- Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Accounts for all time and materials used in performing assigned duties
- Have 1+ years of related work and/or military experience or a certificate/diploma from a recognized diesel program
- Are knowledgeable of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Have your own tools, or the ability to obtain
- Are proficient using computer programs such as Service Advisor to complete work tasks
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, continued learning on new products, and works well independently
