Dr. John & Jean Marshall Wellness Center Supervisor | Iowa Western - Military Veterans

The Center Supervisor provides primary supervision of activity areas within the Marshall Wellness Center to include the Front Desk, Hard Courts, Weight Room and turf. Supervisors communicate and enforce policy, positively engage with and assist members to ensure a positive experience at the center. Provide positive public relations, program promotion, and policy education to members and visitors Uphold center policies and procedures Understand and activate emergency/evacuation procedures as needed and within the scope of training. Attend all staff training and in-services Commit to a team-oriented, collaborative work environment. Provide a friendly, upbeat and customer service oriented environment at all times Must be a currently enrolled student. Preferred Work Experience: Previous customer service experience Experience in a collegiate recreation/fitness environment Excellent oral and written communication skills
