Position Details:

• Grievance RN (QI/UM) - Remote Position
• Hourly Pay: $50.73
• Location: Remote
• Department: Quality Improvement
• License Requirement: Active California RN License

What You’ll Do:

• Perform clinical grievance assessments and write concise clinical summaries
• Conduct QI activities and participate in site reviews, including record and chart abstractions
• Collaborate closely with the medical director on grievance follow-ups and provider responses

What You Need:

• Active California RN License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managed care setting, specifically in Quality Improvement or Utilization Management, handling healthcare grievances (required)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
• BSN and 3 years of direct patient care experience (preferred)
