Job Description:
The Role:
- L ead 3 product test engineers to perform on wafer testing to support in-house beta sample evaluation activities .
- Support Global R&D and App s team with laboratory anal y tical services for WEC/ Litho applications Filtration/Purification product s .
- Apply and develop advanced on-wafer testing method to capture the performance difference among different filtration/purification product samples.
- Collaborate with leading semiconductor companies t o deliver the solutions to contamination identification and control.
- L ocate in Entegris Taiwan Technology Center in Zhudong , Hsinchu.
In this role you will:
- E stablish We t Bench Tool/Coater / Metrology tool on wafer testing methods for WEC and Photo chemistries to support advanced tech node new product needs .
- Work closely with other metrology team members and combine organic, metal, and particle results to understand whole picture of product performance.
- Deep collaboration (JDA, etc ) with external semiconductor eco-system (foundries, OEMs, chemical suppliers) to take advantage of the on wafer testing capability and increase technology barrier between competitors. Publish patents, conference papers, or produce JDA products from the collaboration.
- G row the on wafer testing lab to become a 24/7 operational lab to enhance TTC lab internal capability and customer support f lexibility.
- Le ad Global technical teams "wafer labs" and support ENTG other region lab after some on-wafer tool relocate there.
- E ngage with Entegris with other region assignees and make sure all critical wafer testing activities successful .
- Greater numbers of publications and external presence. (>=2ea)
- Survey new on wafer testing techniques to ensure long term competitiveness
- E nsure safety while handling some of the most hazardous chemistries used in semi- industry
- D eliver accurate, repeatable and reproducible on wafer testing results to global R&D and Apps team to expedite new product development cycle , improve product stability/performance, and improve productivity .
- Implement the approved CAPEX by working closely with other departments .
- W ork out solutions to unprecedented issues from sma ll to big with EHS, facility, Apps, RD, CTO office , etc.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
- E xperience s in lab /fab environment is a must.
- Willing to learn 300mm wafer wet/lithography process and hardware is a must.
- E xperiences handling highly hazardous chemicals is highly preferred.
- Proficient English conversation skill is highly preferred.
- E xperience s as a fab Equipment/Process engineer is highly preferred.
- Experiences in wet clean tool (SCREEN SU3100/3200/3300, Lam EOS/DVP series, SEZ SP 304 ,TEL CELLESTA / CELLESTA -I, etc ) is a plus.
- Experiences in lithography track tool ( TEL Pro Z/V , ACT12, SCREEN Sokudo , etc ) is a plus.
- Experiences in defect inspection/review tool (KLA Surfscan series/eDR7000 series , AMAT SEMVision series, etc ) is a plus.
- E xperience s in various 300mm wafer process tool is a plus .
- K nowledge in various metrology techniques is a plus.

Education / Experience:
- M S Degree of Chemistry , Chemical Engineering , Material Science .
- Over 5 year working experience as a n Equipment engineer , process engineer, FSE/FAE/RD engineer
