Summary:
The Advisory Technology Associate will be responsible for supporting and executing technology initiatives and projects spanning the full scope of Wealthspire’s advisory technology stack. “Advisory Technology” includes systems critical to the wealth management industry, such as CRM, performance reporting, trading, and financial planning platforms. The Associate will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and provide technical support for the broader Wealthspire team.
Responsibilities:
System Administration
- Execute administrative functions in relevant systems/software, including license provisioning, onboarding and offboarding of staff, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to ensure the successful execution of technology projects.
- Aid in communication efforts providing updates on issue reports and upcoming technology initiatives to Wealthspire staff.
- Support IT project plans, track progress and manage open items to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a resource for O365, SharePoint, and other Microsoft suite-related requests and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with NFP IT counterparts on tasks, requests, and projects driven or owned by NFP to ensure seamless deployment for Wealthspire.
- Serve as a liaison to IT for technical updates and ongoing maintenance requirements.
- Ensure competent coverage and backup for time-sensitive activities and mission-critical tasks.
- Provide support to the Head of Advisory Technology on various projects and related duties as assigned.
Systems
- Experience with in-house office systems, including Client Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g., Salesforce), Document Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint), and similar platforms are highly preferred.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a related technology or financial service role.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with varying priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical issues and solutions clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with cross-functional teams and departments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $85,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
