Job Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will serve as the clinical coordinator for identification, tracking and treatment alternatives for structural heart/valve patients, recommend diagnostic studies and/or clinical interventions when appropriate, as well as measure patient-specific and aggregate outcomes.
Duties:
  • Coordinate patient care and evaluation inpatient and outpatient
  • Design and align resources to support program initiatives, program development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external referring physicians
Develop program database to include but not limited to following procedures:
  • Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
  • Percutaneous Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC)
  • Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement (TMVR) and other structural heart procedures
Qualified Candidates:
  • Must hold appropriate specialty board certification
  • Must hold or be able to obtain an active Florida license prior to start
  • Hours: 8-5, no weekends
  • No Call
