The salary for this position is $37k to $54k, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
- Represents the respective leadership team and the organization in a highly professional manner
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal direction
- Takes initiative on requests and inquiries of administrative nature
- Recommends action to improve administrative processes to help streamline work and efficiency
- Acts as first point of contact for all department employees with any payroll or benefit issues including employee retirement processing and coordination with Employee Service Center
- Provides work direction, guidance and training for the Business Coordinator(s) – GSE and Facility Maintenance (as necessary)
- Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to financial, operations, performance and OSHA data
- May provide forecasts of future personnel requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance control
- Will require proficiency in using data management systems, i.e. ETA, scheduling systems, Learning Network, Managers Toolbox, Concur and Egencia
- Performs personnel related duties including employment and recall administration, correspondence, badging, parking permits, profile updates, scheduling/rostering, shift/vacation bidding tracking and records maintenance
- Provides administrative support in financial processes including the payment and reconciliations of expenses associated with invoices and P-cards and expense reports
- Administrative duties include travel itineraries and accommodations, scheduling of conference calls, conference room and special departmental functions
- Additional duties include support of employment/recall processes, correspondence, employee training reporting, local events' coordination, uniform program administration and the ordering office supplies and equipment

What’s needed to succeed:
- AA degree or equivalent experience
- 2 year(s) experience in jobs involving reporting and analytical work
- Proficient in MS office package
- Able to travel 10% of the time
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
