Job Description
COMPETITIVE PAY: $21-$25/Hr (Based On Experience)
We are seeking a payroll clererk/office coordinator to join our team. As this Payroll Clerk/Office Coordinator, you are an integral part of the operation of the branch.At OJ Insulation, we take pride in our customer relationships, we look for people who are willing to learn and be trained, who have good communication skills and pay attention to detail and accuracy. These are a few of the things you can expect your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, daily to submit weekly for payment.
- Assisting the Production Manager with scheduling, printing the work orders and manage inventory.
- Emails and phone call communications between the Builders' Superintendents for
- scheduling and the Suppliers to set up deliveries.
- General office including answering phones and assisting other office personnel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have computer experience.
- Must know Excel & Outlook
- Must be detailed oriented
- Payroll experience a plus, but not required
- Able to work independently
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Spanish speaker a plus, but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
