Position Specific Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of contract administrators
  • Develop and oversee the contract review and storage for contracts related to the gas and power business.
  • Manage contract execution.
  • Establish and maintain a contract management system to regulate the contract management workflow.
  • Maintain and update contract templates.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on contract team performance.
  • Manage all policy and procedure documentation.
  • Oversee continuous process improvement.
  • Assist legal with maintaining renewals and other compliance related activities


Preferred Skills for Contract Admin Manager
  • Bachelor's degree or experience in finance, law, business administration, or a similar discipline
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Advanced Skills in Word, Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across various departments and levels of seniority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of commercial power and gas products


Job Overview

This job is responsible for the day to day activities of the organization, including throughput processing, exception monitoring, metric tracking and issue resolution consistent with an optimally functioning business unit.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifies, researches, and resolves operational issues
  • Provides gap analysis as needed
  • Ensures the approach within the team is focused on positive customer experience and creating customer value through relentless performance delivery
  • Participates in identifying and recommending process improvement solutions for increased overall performance, productivity and capability
  • Prepares spreadsheets, graphics, and word documents as required for tracking, reporting, analysis, documentation and presentations
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define effective customer solutions to meet business needs
  • Ensures compliance of rules and regulations across all customer segments in all states
  • Assists in creating and maintaining process documentation across markets
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 6+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 0+ years


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience 10+ years
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
