The Role: Coordinator, Shared Services FA
Responsible for the Fixed Asset Management. The full cycle of the fixed asset process includes assign Capital and Expense Project number , create Fixed Asset number , perform fixed asset disposal, transfer transactions in SAP, month end capital accruals and sub report .
In this role you will:
- Create and monitor new Capex Projects, maintain well fixed asset management, prepare sub report for month end closing, monitor open projects that overdue.
- Research items and makes adjusting journal entries as necessary; downloads SAP report to complete audit workpapers.
- Prepares reconciliations for assigned accounts within Blackline system.
- Provides support to internal and external audit and serves as SAP super user.
- Participates in Entegris continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial or accounting roles, with a focus on fixed asset management.
- Proficient in SAP and Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities based on SAP knowledge and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the Global Fixed Asset team, Finance department, and overall organization.
