Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: $40k to $45k

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the recruitment efforts for managerial and corporate roles. This position will work closely with hiring managers to understand the organization’s staffing needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting top talent for managerial and corporate positions, with a focus on long-term relationship-building and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development:
Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and anticipate future hiring needs for managerial and corporate roles.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and continuously improve recruitment practices.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
Attend job fairs, career expos, and other recruiting events to represent the company and engage with potential candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on managerial and corporate roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with employment law and compliance.
