Pay Range: $45,000 to $100,000 including commission

Our Consumer Equipment Salesperson is responsible for the following:
- Product focus is:
- Compact Utility Tractors & Related Implements (1, 2, 3, 4 Series John Deere Tractors)
- John Deere Riding Lawn Equipment Products
- John Deere Utility Vehicle Products
- Used Equipment
- Responsible for sales, quotes, customer support, technical support, customer outreach, and store support in various departments as needed.
- Responsible for all sales calls coming into assigned stores and overflow for other stores throughout the company.
- Inside sales goals are reviewed monthly using Belkorp Ags Inside Sales Scorecard which measures important company metrics.
- Engages with dealership personnel when needed in completing a sale, answering customer account questions, and ensuring customer account needs are met.
- Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
- Able to drive for company business.
- Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment as well as technology trends/advancements a plus
- Equipment sales and or customer service experience
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
- 2 - 3 years experience (or equivalent) performing service repairs.
- Knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment as well as technology trends/advancements is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, text, and social media communication skills
- Equipment sales and or customer service experience
