Summary
HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Scheduler for multiple virtual Mission Designator Series platforms. This position assists in the overall planning, coordination, de-confliction, and timely execution of current operations in a virtual battlespace environment at various security levels. Promotes and ensures efficient operations within the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center - Nellis (JITTC-N)). Is responsible for maintaining scheduling software and databases for the 31st Combat Squadron/JITTC-N and is the initial touchpoint for simulator users when coordinating access into the JITTC-N campus.

What you will do
- Coordinate weekly sim requirements with JITTC-N sim site leads and input into Distributed Mission Operations Scheduling System (DMOSS)
- Publish weekly schedules and distribute to JITTC-N campus personnel
- Host weekly scheduling meeting with JITTC-N sim site leads & unit leadership
- Coordinate sim downtimes to enable projected software and hardware maintenance actions
- Coordinate sim downtimes to enable maintenance actions or other uncleared visitors access within sim facilities
- Coordinate connectivity test across JITTC-N sims prior to large force exercises or other missions ID'd by unit leadership
- Coordinate long term schedules with regular Nellis AFB sim users
- Coordinate long term schedules with regular CAF TDY sim users
- Validate long term schedule requests with Nellis and TDY units 30 days prior to scheduled execution
- Input sim requests into DMOSS for validation NLT 1 business day from receipt for de-confliction and unit prioritization if required
- De-conflict double booked sim windows IAW unit leadership prioritizations
- De-conflict last minute sim changes/cancellations/requests to published sim schedule
- Source DMOSS change requests/ID improvement areas from sim site leads and coordinate updates with DMOSS system admins
- Manage JITTC-N DMOSS access request and user access
- Maintain DMOSS database records, outlying JITTC-N schedulable assets or sim options
- Generate DMOSS products, reporting weekly sim utilization rates, hours, users, completed/cancelled event percentages, or other details as requested by unit leadership
- Coordinate/de-conflict JITTC-N mission rooms for sim events or conferences
- Coordinate TDY sim requests with JITTC-N security team to ensure users meet minimum security requirements for access to facilities and systems
- Highlight any DV sim requests to unit leadership for situational awareness
- Collect, consolidate and summarize sim user feedback for unit leadership situational awareness
What you must have
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Experience working in a flying Squadron/Group/Wing, scheduling, SARM, HARM, Current Ops, or Stan & Eval office.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 products (power point, outlook, excel, word...)
- Must have a current or active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Must be a U.S Citizen
