Job Duties:
- Develop comprehensive deployment plans for the mobile factory, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of the deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Identify and procure all necessary equipment for the mobile factory deployment.
- Coordinate logistics to transport equipment to the deployment site efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Select and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring they meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and hold suppliers accountable for performance metrics.
- Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Prepare and present regular budget reports to senior management.
- Work closely with engineering, logistics, and customer teams to align deployment activities with company objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks in the deployment process and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure the deployment meets their expectations.
- Provide regular updates and address any concerns promptly.
- Ability to balance daily operational needs with larger organizational initiatives for mobile factory development.
- Regularly interact and communicate professionally with customers and suppliers as a representative of the organization.
- Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience using standard office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and productivity tools like MS Teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in large-scale construction, manufacturing deployments, or industrial facility setups.
- Proven experience with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English verbal & written skills).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with international logistics and supply chain management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Highly collaborative environment: must be effective in collaborating with multiple departments and various levels of senior management, including executives as required.
- Excellent computer usage and navigation skills (PC, laptop), with a deep understanding and experience working with digital documentation and computer-based project management tools.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous: strives for excellence in all deliverables.

Note: this role will require occasional travel to Pampa, TX where our flagship manufacturing facility is located.
