Food/Beverage Warehouse Supervisor - Military Veterans

SUMMARY: Stocking of fixed and portable concession locations and vending commissaries to the proper par levels set forth by the Concessions Operations Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor will also oversee the day-to-day activities of the Warehouse Associates up to and including direction of product movement, receiving product from suppliers, and checking up on assigned tasks with all Warehouse Associates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct Warehouse Associates on day-to-day duties
- Pre-event setup and post-event breakdown of special event locations and concessions portables
- Responsible for cleaning all concessions equipment and performing preventative maintenance as necessary
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and product safeguarding practices are being followed at all times
- Stocking of concession locations pre, during, and post events as needed
- Securing all product at conclusion of events
- Removal of waste from locations
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for training new Warehouse Associates and ensuring their daily tasks have been performed up to standards
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Effective communication skills, oral and written
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks
- Prior forklift experience is preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to move up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, Holidays and full stadium events

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Due to the nature of the position, incumbents must be able to work in inclement weather
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Forklift license preferred
