Responsibilities
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Commercial Sales Representative to obtain, develop and generate sales leads. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Develop leads and sales by creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals from existing client lists, working lists of associations (some of which we are members), working targeted lists (restaurants, hotels, motels, food processors, grocery stores, warehouses, department stores, condominiums, apartment houses, office property management firms, manufacturing, health facilities and other large businesses) and networking groups while attending meetings.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of prior sales experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Maintain a Branch II Field Representative license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board, which must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
What’s Required
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
