Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is ideal)
- 5+ years leading an engineering team within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in CAD systems
- Experience with hands-on experience involving CAPEX projects within a manufacturing facility

responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining, maintaining, and supporting the manufacturing processes
- Planning, designing, and overseeing projects, as well as managing finances and supervising the plant engineering team
- coordinate the integration of material processing equipment to ensure a safe and cost-effective manufacturing process.
- Supervise daily routines within the process engineering group
- Check the engineering team's work for technical accuracy and detail.
- Manage and direct all plant engineering activities, cost analysis, coordinate and evaluate all quotation activity.
- Evaluates manufacturing processes for product performance, work force utilization, space requirements, and layout of equipment and workspace for maximum productivity.
- Oversees capital project installation/implementation to ensure machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
