Are you into trucks, semis, and equipment? We are too! Haug Implement is adding a Truck Driver position to our roster. Come talk to us. We'll walk through the job together to learn if your skills, experience, and goals ... and our dealership ... make a good match.
There's lots of variety. Load and deliver equipment from lawn mowers to 4WD tractors between our Willmar and Litchfield locations and out to our customers. Haul bulk oil to top off our customer's tanks. Pick up and haul equipment from suppliers with occasional trips to the Deere factory.
CDL and an insurable driving record required.
Pay based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates vehicles to transport equipment
- Loads and transports equipment to and from customer locations
- Supports the sales department with equipment delivery
- Instructs customers on basic equipment operating procedures
- Loads and transports equipment between dealership locations
- Picks up equipment from vendors
- May pick up equipment from the Deere factory
- Delivers bulk fluids to customers
- Performs pre-trip inspections
- Maintains, cleans and cares for trucks and trailers
- Maintains activity records and obtains necessary signatures and receipts
- Provides complete and thorough work order documentation
- Accountable for all time and distance traveled in performing assigned duties
- Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT and company policy
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
- Maintains a clean, professional personal appearance
- Reports to work on time
- Employs good time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrates good work ethic
- Communicates effectively one-on-one and in groups
- Maintains a positive and professional working relationship and works cooperatively with co-workers and management
- Exhibits a constant commitment to customer service
- Promotes the dealership to customers including service work, sales, and parts
- Completes training required for the development of skills and knowledge
- Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Follows all safety rules and regulations

Requirements
- 1+ years experience driving truck
- Experience with correct, legal, and safe methods of loading/unloading, wide loads, heavy loads, interstate trips
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift, bend, carry
- CDL with insurable driving record- Required
- DOT Health Card or ability to obtain- Required
