How you'll make an impact

  • Lead, recruit, and train a team of inventory specialists to provide and sustain accurate inventory levels
  • Develop and deploy inventory tracking systems that support the supply chain function
  • Maintain documentation and generate reports on delivery and shipments that happen within the facility and warehouse to ensure quality and inventory control
  • Confer with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications
  • Recruit, train and manage a whole team of warehouse workers and ensure and audit the inventory control of the tasks that they perform
  • Identify shortages and bottlenecks in the inventory control tasks and resolve the same through continuous improvisations
  • Document the inventory movements within the facility and warehouse and report them to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager
  • Have comprehensive data analysis skills and sound working knowledge of common inventory management software.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing setting
  • Experience using SAP application strongly preferred
