What you’ll do:

The ReSurge Returnship: Sales Enablement Analyst will support the Sales Enablement team with the execution of team-wide program deliverables such as learning and development, communications, sales digital tools support, and continuous improvements for our North American Sales team. This position will gain exposure across the broad Sales Enablement organization supporting various projects, initiatives and deliverables. The role will report to the Director, Sales Enablement and will include the following responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Developing and implementing sales training programs and materials to ensure product/brand messaging consistency.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of field sales communications and social media cadence.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, schedules and budgets.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of program activities, including meetings, workshops and training sessions.
• Coordinating with program managers and project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications or a related field and at least 3+ years of relative work experience
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of location will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for enabling and empowering our sales organization
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with a focus on re-occurring deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
• Demonstrated facilitation experience.
• Acute attention to detail
• Proficient in MS tools and applications including SharePoint
Skills:
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
