Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary: 

Responsible for overall management of the day-to-day operation of the Nursing Unit.  

 What you will do in this role:  

• Performance Improvement; policies and procedures; staffing/productivity; program development; and nursing care for specific patient populations. 

• Works closely with staff, physicians, and other managers to ensure quality patient care. 

• Guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost effective allocation of resources. 

What qualifications you will need: 

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and are a Level II Trauma Center. We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine. Our hospital is conveniently and centrally located in the Heart of Kissimmee.
