We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our team of restoration and reconstruction professionals dedicated to rebuilding and restoring residential and commercial properties affected by disasters like fires, floods, and other traumatic events. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operations, drive long-term growth and profitability, and ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team dedicated to restoring properties and serving clients who have experienced significant property damage.
Oversee financial and operational performance in collaboration with the CFO, Operations Manager, and Marketing Manager.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they meet quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Set and review goals with team members, aligning them with company objectives.
Manage staffing decisions and foster effective communication between departments.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and address personnel issues as needed.
Maintain high levels of customer service, addressing concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in restoration construction, management, and project management/estimating.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven industry experience as a Water Crew Chief or Operations Manager.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience motivating and mentoring diverse teams.
Proficient in MS Office applications and able to read and interpret financial statements.
Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) or the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) are required.
