Job Description:

Are you passionate about engineering but don’t have a college degree? Do you have a curiosity about problem-solving and a keen interest in manufacturing? MP Systems is offering an exciting training program crafted to equip you with the skills and experience needed to become a successful engineer in the CNC machine industry.

As an Engineering Technician, you will:



  • Work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to design, develop, and improve CNC machine accessories.


  • Participate in hands-on training and gain practical experience in various engineering tasks, including CAD design, prototyping, and testing.


  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and manufacturing processes.


  • Learn and apply industry standards, best practices, and safety protocols.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications & Competencies:



  • No Degree Required: We value skills, passion, and dedication over formal education. This is your chance to become an engineer without the need for a college degree.


  • Strong interest in engineering and manufacturing.


  • Basic understanding of mathematics and physics.


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.


  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.


  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.


  • Some travel required, local and national.
