In this role, the impact of the Sr. Program Supervisor is extensive and covers efficient project execution, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, communication, issue resolution, strategic planning, process optimization, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation. You are pivotal in ensuring project success, which, in turn, contributes to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
You will report directly to our operations manager, and you will work out of our Bentonville, AR. location on a hybrid work schedule. As a trusted advisor to operations manager and multisite leaders, you will provide invaluable insights and recommendations on project management best practices, helping to shape the future of the organization and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the project management team.
- Lead and oversee the flawless delivery of projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Effectively manage weekly revenue forecasts
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 or more years experience working with technology-oriented industry such as building automation systems, network systems, HVAC, Refrigeration, Fire Alarm, Security, or similar based networked technology
- Proven track record of successfully leading people and delivering complex projects and initiatives.
- Exemplary leadership and people management and leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve extraordinary results.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
