The Principal Analyst, Security will help develop, administer, and maintain the program’s security policies and procedures in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
What You Will Do
- Participates in the administration and coordination of multiple security programs/activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
- Works closely with Program Management to identify security requirements and vulnerabilities.
- Acts as a liaison with government agencies / organizations to ensure contract security compliance.
- Organizes, coordinates, executes, and interprets required research to achieve stated security goals, including furthering the industrial security discipline within the organization.
- Investigates security incidents and violations relating to classified programs.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years relevant security experience OR absence of a degree 9 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Previous experience as a security professional supporting in an Industrial Security role
- Experience with NISPOM and SEAD3
- Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE
