Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Rehab Services in Speech will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing speech therapy programs within a healthcare setting. This position involves collaborating with clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing staff, and developing treatment protocols that align with best practices and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising speech-language pathologists, coordinating patient assessments and treatment plans, conducting staff training and development, and engaging in performance evaluation processes. The Associate Director will also be responsible for budget management, resource allocation, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.

Skills /Knowledge/Abilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in speech-language pathology, and a commitment to improving rehabilitation services.

Required Education:

MS

Required Related Experience:

5 yrs

Required License/Registration/Certification :

Licensed in one of the following: Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech-language Pathologists ( SLP ) in the state of Kentucky.

Preferred Education/Experience:

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and relevant licensure, along with experience in a supervisory role, are required.
