Responsibilities

You will…
- Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential customers;
- Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;
- Seek opportunities for customer base growth;
- Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;
- Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;
- Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary;

- Competitive commission-based compensation. Pay range offered for this role is from $38,000 and can exceed $69,000 annually in commissions or $18-$33 per hour;

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in home services industry is preferred
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions
