SUMMARY
Support Customer Engagement team in Implementation, maintenance, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns across all marketing technology channels, including, but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce CRM, and D&B RevUP platform. Responsible for supporting system integrations, API connections, advanced analytic reporting, along with solutions to best optimize internal resources.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Integrating various marketing technologies, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics software
- Researching and recommending new marketing technology products.
- Ensuring alignment between marketing technology and overall business goals
- Define platform requirements and future vision based on inputs and long-term planning of the core & future business strategy.
- Managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack to optimize our current use of each platform
- Designing and managing internal workflows and processes by documenting learnings from previous programs
- Analyzing data and providing insights to drive marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Overseeing project management for MarTech implementations of complex integrations, including bi-directional connections between data vendors, new platforms, enhancements, and other enablement tools that lay the groundwork for our support and Brand Marketing and technology organization.
- Serve as a key liaison and partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, MI, Spectrum Enterprise Ops team
- Monitoring data quality within marketing technology products
- Developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies
- Serving as a product expert for all inhouse martech platforms.
- Oversee vendor relationships and collaborate on contractual agreement based on scope of work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST have proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Marketing cloud, Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua. (Certifications preferred)
STRONGLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Understanding and experience with CDP platforms
- Data analysis and visualization skills, including tools like Google Analytics, Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project management and organizational capabilities
Specific martech skills:
Ability to select, implement, and manage marketing technology platforms
Ability to build integration flows and end to end automations
Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM expertise
Experience in measuring and reporting on the success of demand generation campaigns
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in Alteryx and advanced platforms a plus
- Good knowledge JavaScript and AMPScript to support personalization efforts
- Knowledge of Audience Management, DMP’s and/ or CDP’s a plus
- Good communication skills along with skills for documentation and scoping, defining, and managing work
- Strong independent project management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Lead nurturing experience a plus
- Expert level knowledge of the customer journey and which conversions work for the various stages of a marketing funnel a plus
- Google Analytics proficiency is a plus
- UX Design knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Ideal candidate has B2B marketing experience specifically with lead generation and email-marketing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience and comprehensive understanding of the campaigns leveraging paid media, social media and lead generation.
- Demonstrated track record of translating and analyzing data trends and insights into compelling strategies

- Knowledgeable and interested in digital technology and media – ability to understand digital technological features and clearly communicate consumer benefits
- Creative writing skills
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Technology, or related field highly preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing experience with brand management background preferred (3-5 yrs)
- Advanced Analytics Experience (2-3 yrs)
- Exposure to IT/MarTech (2-3 yrs)

The base pay for this position generally is between $70,900.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
