The Red Lion Team is seeking a Sales Sr Manager on First (1st) shift.

Summary:

Promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers | Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices | Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

  • Develops relationships with major clients to increase revenue.
  • Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses.
  • Drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
  • Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs.
  • Maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal.
  • Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback.
  • Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals.
  • Submits orders and provides reports to leadership.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree
  • 8-10 years' experience
  • OR Equivalent combination of relevent education &/or experience

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential

Travel Requirements:
  • 25%-50% travel likely
