Program Manager - Change Management - Military Veterans

The Program Manager for Change Management works with Project Management to provide leadership in implementing changes that result from technical projects that introduce new hardware/software to Avangrid Networks. Avangrid Networks has adopted the Prosci® Methodology for change management to best realize the benefits of the new technology being introduced. Change management activities include project change impact analysis and assessment, project communication, resistance, coaching and training planning and leading or directing change management plan implementation. This position requires periodic travel as required to effectively support a project.

Location: In Office, Rochester NY, Orange CT, Augusta ME

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $101,4 - $126,755

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. Develop Project specific change management strategy.

2. Lead Project change impact assessment and develop Project change management plans.

3. Provide leadership for all change management activities and the implementation of change management plans.

4. Perform training and provide training support.

5. Provide post Go-Live support and performance measurement and reporting.

6. Fill the role of lead change management member with respect to accomplishing day-to-day goals and provide direction and lead decision making.

7. Promote/Facilitate the development and implementation of standard processes and procedures.

8. Work with other members of the Quality Management team to Identify and initiate process change in Avangrid Networks through research, planning and change management and training activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience Required :

  • Bachelor's degree and Prosci® Change Manager Practitioner Certificate
  • A minimum of 2 years of leading change management in projects using the Prosci® methodology.
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Teams)

Preferences:
  • Certificate for Project/Program Management
  • Experience with ISO 9001
