  Must Have experience

   

  Warehouse Let Down Driver (High Reach) is responsible for driving a stand up forklift/reach truck, while working with RF technology, to put-away received pallets into various warehouse locations.

   

   4X10 SCHEDULE 1PM START 

   

  
  Essential Functions
  
  
  • Moves levers and presses pedals to drive forklift/reach truck and control the movement of the lifting apparatus
  • Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxed products, or materials and transports load to designated area
  • Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device
  • Inventories materials/supplies on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed
  • Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device
  • Retrieve stock from inventory and prepare for shipment in accordance to customer/vendor requirements and distribution processes and procedures
  • Complete out of stock orders when required
  • Operates material handling equipment to move, convey, or hoist cartons from picking area to the dock
  • Utilizes voice-directed and/or RF hand held unit to "pick" and finalize customer order on-line
  
  Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
  
  
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Related warehouse experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.

  Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

  • Support and contribute to the overall goals of the Operations Department.
  • Takes initiative and works well independently.
  • Able to meet goals under tight time constraints.
  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management.
  • Follow safe working practices, as instructed.

The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.
